  5.      This is a collection of utility programs for LOADSTAR 128 that is
  6. published on every issue.  Ordinarily we have a subscription and back issue
  7. order form in this program but since we are changing prices, those two forms
  8. have been deleted.  Our prices are now much lower than ever, so call
  9. 1-800-594-3370 today and ask the Customer Representative for our latest
  10. specials.  Have your credit card ready.

  12.   By zipping through these menus you can:

  14.  (1) Print out a submission form for sending us a program for consideration
  15.  
  16.  (2) Critique this issue or just write us a note

  19.  S U B M I S S I O N   F O R M

  22.     The submission form is for sending us your latest program gem.  It is
  23. important that you fill out every blank and sign down at the bottom,
  24. certifying that the program is your own original work.  Your phone number(s)
  25. and the start-up filename are very important.  While you're at it, send as
  26. much documentation about the program as you can.  However, don't print out
  27. BASIC or ML listings.

  33.      Here at LOADSTAR there's nothing we appreciate more than feedback.  If
  34. you tell us what you think about what we publish, there's a better chance
  35. that we'll publish what you want.
  36.  
  37.      Instead of asking you for a letter grade or a quick comment, LOADSTAR
  38. 128 CRITIQUE will prompt you with the name of each feature or article on the
  39. issue and give you a six-line window for entering your comments.  The window
  40. is a free-form entry box, so just type whatever you want and press F1 when
  41. done with that comment.  CLR, HOME, INSert, DELete, etc. all work as you'd
  42. expect them to.  Double quotes will be automatically changed to single
  43. quotes.  F1 will exit the window and take you to the next feature's prompt.
  44. Be a little patient when you press F1 -- the routine is in BASIC and may
  45. take four or five seconds to format your response.

  47.      You can exit early by pressing the ESC key.  Then you're given the
  48. option of printing your critique for sending to LOADSTAR 128, or returning
  49. to the LOADSTAR Briefs menu.

  51.     The program will ask for your name and address first.  Please enter this
  52. so we can respond to any questions you may ask.  If you don't ask any
  53. questions we probably won't answer, but we're always interested in your
  54. opinions.  The last prompt asks for comments on anything else.  If you've
  55. mentioned a problem with any of the programs, please let us know what
  56. hardware you're using that might account for the problem.  Cartridge
  57. fastloaders, cartridge expanders, printer interfaces, etc. all can affect
  58. programs in unforeseen ways.
